This position will support multiple projects concurrently and projects may be in more than one location. Projects will range in construction costs from $500K to $50M and involve management of all phases of work from site selection, pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, A/E/C team selection, design and construction management, FF&E procurement and installation, equipment planning and move coordination.</p> <p>Design your career with a company that inspires and empowers you to deliver your best work so you can evolve, grow, and succeed.</p> <p>Here's what you'll need</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture required </li><li>5+ years of related MEP project management experience with construction building projects </li><li>Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently </li><li>Knowledge of materials, methods and techniques used in building construction and the ability to recognize faulty construction or hazardous conditions </li><li>Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Willingness to travel to client sites </li></ul> <p>Ideally, You'll Also Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing construction public and private projects in Higher Education, K-12, and Healthcare and of the Massachusetts State Building Codes and related references </li><li>Working knowledge of scheduling and project management software </li><li>OSHA 30 certification </li><li>Experience with medium/high voltage, LTHW, geothermal, Steam power plants, commissioning, MEP plan reviewing </li></ul> <p>Posted Salary Range: Minimum</p> <p>130,000.00</p> <p>Posted Salary Range: Upper</p> <p>150,000.00</p> <p>Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
