The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures smooth workflow, meets productivity goals, and promotes teamwork across all shifts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead and direct a team of warehouse associates in daily operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory).</p> </li><li> <p>Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and performance feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor productivity and quality standards to ensure efficiency and accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with supervisors, management, and other departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in scheduling shifts, coordinating work assignments, and resolving operational issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Track inventory levels, assist with cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners (if certified).</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of warehouse experience, including 1+ year in a lead or supervisory role.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with warehouse systems, RF scanners, and Microsoft Office.</p> </li><li> <p>Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).</p> </li></ul> <p>#BRANCHPERRISCA</p> <p>Perris CA 3144</p>
