<p>The Pickeringon Local School District is seeking qualified applicants for a Technology Technician Supervisor.</p> <p>Candidates must have experience with a variety of technology systems.</p> <p>Job Goal: To lead the systems technology group in the planning, organizing and maintenance of technology systems in a manner that aligns with the strategic and operational goals of the District.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Experience in a technology leadership role </li><li>Experience with break/fix of technology devices </li><li>Experience managing multiple projects and personnel </li><li>Ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a sincere desire to aid and ensure the safety of all </li><li>Ability to accept constructive criticism/feedback and assume responsibility for one's own work performance </li><li>Ability to demonstrate professional tact and diplomacy with administrators, staff, teachers, students, parents and a diverse community </li><li>Ability to anticipate problems and unforeseen events and make proper decisions when required </li><li>Possesses high moral character, a good attendance record, and loyalty to an administrative team. </li><li>Ability to promote good social relationships, good public relations by personal appearance, attitude and conversation and participates in appropriate professional organizations and their activities </li><li>Ability to maintain a calm attitude and sense of control at all times </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, work effectively under pressure and be adaptable to changing situations </li><li>Possesses the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations </li></ul> <p>Application Process:</p> <p>Complete an online application, upload a resume and all credentials pertinent to the position.</p> <p>Screening Process:</p> <p>Online applications will be screened and applicants selected will then be contacted for an initial interview.</p>
