We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.</p> <p>Who We Want</p> <p>CWM Franklin Lakes is seeking a highly capable, adaptable, and professional Executive Administrative to provide direct support to the Managing Partner and Chief Tax Strategist. This is a highly visible and fast-paced role requiring excellence in calendar management, executive travel coordination, project execution, and cross-functional communication.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior leadership in a wealth management, tax, or financial services environment and will possess a high degree of discretion, initiative, and confidence. This role combines classic executive assistant responsibilities with operational coordination, technology fluency, and light project and team support.</p> <p>What To Expect</p> <p>Executive Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner and Chief Tax Strategist. </li><li>Manage complex calendars, including internal meetings, client appointments, and travel logistics. </li><li>Coordinate and book multi-leg travel itineraries with precision (air, hotel, ground transportation). </li><li>Prepare and process expense reports; monitor budget and ensure compliance with firm policies. </li><li>Serve as gatekeeper and liaison with clients, internal team members, and external stakeholders. </li><li>Anticipate needs and follow through on action items, meeting prep, and post-meeting execution. </li></ul> <p>Office Coordination & Client-Facing Support</p> <ul> <li>Act as a partner to the broader office team in Franklin Lakes to ensure day-to-day smooth operations. </li><li>Support onboarding and communication processes for clients, including prep of meeting materials and scheduling. </li><li>Coordinate and assist with the execution of events, retreats, and service-related initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Technology and Systems</p> <ul> <li>Become fluent in Salesforce CRM to manage client records, tasks, and notes. </li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) for administrative work, reporting, and scheduling. </li><li>Ensure all digital workflows (expense systems, task management, communication tools) are used consistently and efficiently. </li></ul> <p>What You Need</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrative role </li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Outlook); confident in learning new platforms </li><li>Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Experience managing travel, calendar logistics, and professional communications </li><li>High emotional intelligence, professional polish, and proactive work style </li><li>Discretion with confidential information and strong internal judgment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with financial services, wealth management, or tax planning environments </li><li>Experience working in Salesforce or CRM systems </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment.
