<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>We're recruiting for a range of sales positions supporting our wine and spirits portfolio within our organization. We are seeking both entry-level and experienced sales candidates who are passionate about building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.</p> <p>The positions we are recruiting for are the following:</p> <ul> <li>Chain Execution Specialists </li><li>Account Development Specialists </li><li>Field Execution Managers </li><li>Account Executives </li><li>Trade Development Managers </li></ul> <p>These will be field based positions supporting our Los Angeles County territory.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while promoting sales and ordering products within assigned territories. </li><li>Execute and close sales calls, conduct regular follow-ups, and ensure the effective execution of sales plans. </li><li>Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock situations and ensure product freshness through effective rotation and breakage return management. </li><li>Collaborate with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans and achieve sales and distribution goals. </li><li>Implement promotional strategies, display placements, and pricing to enhance brand visibility and market performance in retail and on-premise locations. </li><li>Serve as a product expert, providing education and training on products to clients and assisting in market activities with supplier leadership. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or 1 to 2 plus years of general experience </li><li>Must be 21 years of age </li><li>Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance with at least the minimum state required coverage levels </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
