<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Performs routine preventative maintenance </li><li>Functions as a journey mechanic and / or a general </li><li>Works as required by Certificate of Competency with all types of HVAC, i.e., copper, </li><li>steel, plastic, etc. </li><li>Displays a good understanding of hospital drawings. </li><li>Performs minor routine maintenance service to the hospital HVAC system and controls </li><li>temperature and humidity through the energy management system </li><li>Performs unrelated work as assigned as necessary. </li><li>Supports the mission and vision of HCH at all times </li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work area </li><li>Complies with departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School or Vocational School graduate preferred </li><li>2-3 years' experience in general maintenance </li></ul> <p>Licensure</p> <ul> <li>Valid / current Journeyman Certificate of Competency for any county in the State of Florida, preferred </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
