Join us as a Risk Analyst and play a vital role in protecting and strengthening our organization worldwide!</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <p>Reporting to the Senior Corporate Risk Manager, the Risk Analyst plays a key role in supporting our global insurance portfolio and broader enterprise risk management initiatives. This is a highly collaborative position that involves building strong relationships with external partners, internal leadership, and employees across all levels of the company. We're looking for someone who is organized, efficient, and a strong communicator-both written and verbal. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, influence without direct authority, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and initiative.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Support day-to-day operations of Trimble's global insurance program, including stakeholder inquiries, audits, and policy requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Review and negotiate insurance terms in contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage certificate of insurance (COI) requests for customers, vendors, and events.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with claims management and work with internal and external partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with annual data collection for insurance renewals.</p> </li><li> <p>Support insurance aspects of M&A activity and risk assessments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Note: Involvement in safety and OSHA compliance will grow over time as part of role development.</p> <p>What Skills & Experience You Should Bring</p> <ul> <li> <p>Seeking candidates with a bachelor's degree in Risk Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years of work experience is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Technologically savvy and skilled in utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications to drive efficiencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and results oriented.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Origami or other RMIS platforms is a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>About Trimble's Corporate Risk Department</p> <p>Trimble's Corporate Risk Department plays a critical role in protecting the company's global operations by proactively identifying, assessing, and managing a wide range of risks. The team oversees the company's global insurance portfolio, supports enterprise risk management (ERM) initiatives, and works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure risk exposure is understood and effectively mitigated. By balancing strategic insight with operational execution, the department helps safeguard Trimble's people, assets, and reputation-enabling the business to grow with confidence in a dynamic global environment.</p> <p>In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need.
