This is a role for a strategic leader who can shape, sell, and deliver multi-million-dollar AI-driven transformations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own the Account's AI Transformation Strategy: Lead and execute a strategic plan to identify and secure $10M+ opportunities by positioning Blend360 as the go-to partner for AI transformation. Own the overall P&L for your assigned account. </li><li>Drive C-Suite Relationships: Cultivate and expand relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them navigate the complexities of AI adoption. </li><li>Shape AI Solutions: Collaborate with clients and our internal teams to define and architect bespoke AI solutions that solve their most pressing business challenges. This includes developing compelling proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) for large-scale projects. </li><li>Lead with Impact: Ensure client satisfaction and project success by orchestrating the delivery of high-quality AI solutions, leveraging the best talent from across Blend360. </li><li>Scale the Partnership: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities that drive sustainable, long-term growth for the account. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven Track Record: Minimum of 10 years of experience in client management or business development, with a demonstrated history of selling and delivering $5M+ deals in the analytics, data, or AI space. </li><li>AI Transformation Experience: A deep understanding of how to apply AI and machine learning to drive business outcomes in large, complex organizations. Deep experience in the financial services industry is required. </li><li>Strategic Driver: Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to proactively build and nurture C-level relationships, and a passion for driving significant business growth. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p>
