<p>Description</p> <p>About the job:</p> <p>The Senior Project Manager is a largely autonomous member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) and works closely with business leaders / sponsors, cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, business analysts and technical resources (internal and external) to deliver strategic change that increases profit, reduces cost and improves the customer and employee experience.</p> <p>Reports to:</p> <p>Director of Project Management & Solution Delivery</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Project Leadership & Management</p> <ul> <li>Effectively plans and leads projects from start to finish, culminating in successful outcomes </li><li>Manages multiple, complex projects/initiatives simultaneously while proactively identifying and managing stakeholders, validating business success factors, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication </li></ul> <p>Project Implementation & Delivery</p> <ul> <li>Drives project implementation using proven project management methodologies, keeping delivery timelines and project costs on track and within budget </li><li>Develops and maintains project deliverables-including charters, plans/schedules, risk, communication, stakeholder, change, training, and testing management-and reports to the Executive Leadership Team and ePMO Steering Committee. </li></ul> <p>ePMO Development & Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Plays an active role in developing ePMO maturity through best practices </li><li>Leads the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ePMO processes, methods, and tools, including templates, workflows, and project/program/portfolio management systems </li></ul> <p>Team Collaboration & Culture</p> <ul> <li>Supports the Director of Project Management & Solution Delivery in fostering a company-wide culture that embraces project management methodologies </li><li>Promotes a collaborative team atmosphere and regularly shares knowledge with others </li></ul> <p>About Erie Home:</p> <p>Erie Home is a leading direct-to-consumer provider of residential roofing and basement waterproofing solutions.
