<p>CPE Supervisor</p> <p>Location Address: AdventHealth Orlando CPE Center</p> <p>Work Hours/Shift:</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>You Will Be Responsible For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrates through behavior AdventHealth's core values of Integrity, Compassion, Balance, Excellence, Stewardship, and Teamwork as outlined in the organization's Performance Excellence Program booklet.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervises intensive units and extended units of CPE as negotiated each year.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides a learning ministry resource for CPE at all AH pastoral contexts.</p> </li><li> <p>(CPEV) Expands working relationships with other CPE centers, theological schools, and graduate educational programs.</p> </li><li> <p>(CPEV) Provides for interfacing of CPE residents and Family Practice Residency program, if supervising residents.</p> </li><li> <p>(CPEV) Assists in developing, coordinating and supervising Supervisory CPE.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What You Will Need:</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master of Divinity degree</p> </li><li> <p>3 Pastoral formation experience in a spiritual care setting Required</p> </li><li> <p>Pastoral Formation including experience in a pastoral setting</p> </li></ul> <p>LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED :</p> <ul> <li>Certification as an ACPE Certified Educator by ACPE Upon Hire Required </li><li>Endorsement by recognized faith tradition Upon Hire Required </li><li>Board Certification with the Association of Professional Chaplains Upon Hire Preferred </li></ul> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Provides credentialed Clinical Pastoral Education supervision for adult student chaplains.
