<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Supervises a comprehensive planned and corrective maintenance program relating to facility maintenance in assigned buildings for a second shift including carpentry, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing functions that serve the facilities occupied by the Department of Justice.</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>Requires job related accreditation from a technical school or an applicable skilled trades program and 4 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma and 7 years experience in specialized trades area; or in a diversified building or vehicle maintenance, or construction activity.
