Join us and be part of a company that's reshaping the investment home market while achieving unprecedented growth.</p> <p>This position is located fully onsite in our Minneapolis, MN Corporate office.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>We manage more than 8,500 homes nationwide and are actively modernizing how marketing drives growth across our platform.</p> <p>We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience with a fast-moving but small marketing team. You'll have an opportunity to test AI tools for creating content, improving workflows and supporting advertising campaigns that generates leads and homeowner clients.</p> <p>This role is practical, fast-moving, and performance-focused.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>AI & Creative Testing</p> <ul> <li>Test AI tools for ads, landing pages, email, and video </li><li>Identify what improves performance and document the learnings </li><li>Contribute to internal best practices for AI use in marketing </li></ul> <p>Automation & Systems</p> <ul> <li>Map and streamline marketing workflows </li><li>Help automate reporting, lead routing, and campaign tracking </li><li>Connect tools across CRM, paid media, and analytics platforms </li></ul> <p>Paid Media & Performance</p> <ul> <li>Support campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn </li><li>Assist with A/B testing and creative iteration </li><li>Analyze performance data and surface insights </li></ul> <p>Process & Documentation</p> <ul> <li>Build clear SOPs for repeatable tasks </li><li>Help standardize creative and campaign workflows </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>3rdor final year of college/university - all majors welcomed but must demonstrate: </li><li>Strong interest in AI, automation, and performance marketing </li><li>Analytical thinker who likes to test and improve systems </li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable moving quickly </li><li>Willingness to learn new tools </li><li>Blend of creative, strategic and analytical thinking </li></ul> <p>Bonus: Experience with paid media platforms, CRM systems, GA4, Zapier, Canva, or generative AI tools such as Runway, ElevenLsbs, Higgsfield, Kling, Vortex, Nano Banana</p> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <ul> <li>Direct exposure to marketing inside a national real estate platform </li><li>Experience building automation and AI-supported workflows </li><li>Real AI and marketing projects you can point to </li><li>Close collaboration with senior marketing leadership </li></ul> <p>If you want to understand how modern marketing systems actually drive revenue, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Work environment</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
