Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for Procurement Agent to join our Government Satellite Supply Chain Team in El Segundo, CA.</p> <p>Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level, Experienced and Senior Procurement Agents.</p> <p>This position will provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance; and will lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance</p> </li><li> <p>Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues</p> </li><li> <p>Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities</p> </li><li> <p>Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years' experience in supplier management or supply chain management</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years' experience in Contracts & Pricing and/or Supplier Management Procurement</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or higher</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in supplier management or supply chain management</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in Supplier Management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' experience in Contracts & Pricing and/or Supplier Management Procurement</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Location:</p> <p>This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
