It requires close partnership and integration with product marketing, analytics, product owners, finance, and cross-line-of-business growth teams. The role reports to the Head of New Client Acquisition, Deepening, and Digital Sales Marketing for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.</p> <p>As a Marketing Strategy Vice President on the JPMorgan Wealth Management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our online investing platform by driving deepening with existing clients through innovative marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, analyzing, and reporting on marketing initiatives to drive funding and deepening from existing J.P. Morgan Self-Directed Investing clients. This includes leading strategic initiatives, developing promotional offers and campaigns, managing budgets, conducting customer analyses, and working cross-functionally to advance growth initiatives through digital channels. You should possess a strong analytical mindset and be an excellent communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and delivering high-impact presentations.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to deepen relationships with existing clients for our online investing platform. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, finance, and creative teams to drive strategic initiatives. </li><li>Tackle business problems, formulate hypotheses, and design rigorous test-and-learn roadmaps. </li><li>Champion seamless and consistent customer experiences across channels. </li><li>Build business cases and secure funding for growth programs. </li><li>Analyze customer behaviors, market trends, and program performance to identify new opportunities. </li><li>Develop and deliver executive-level presentations that distill complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations. </li><li>Present key findings and strategic updates to senior management and stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or digital marketing. </li><li>Bachelor's degree required. </li><li>Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. </li><li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to create impactful presentations for senior audiences. </li><li>Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines. </li><li>Skilled and comfortable working in a highly matrixed organization. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>MBA or advanced degree preferred. </li><li>Financial services industry experience is a plus </li></ul>
