We are a small, private school serving students in grades 4 - 12 from all over the Kansas City Metro area. With an average student to teacher ratio of 7:1, ASOP teachers have the time to adapt curriculum in order to identify and address each student`s individual needs and potential. ASOP was recognized this year as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work for the 5-50 local employees category from the Kansas City Business Journal. We believe in our mission and invest in our staff in order to create the optimal learning and professional environment.</p> <p>The typical ASOP student has average to above average academic ability. However, they are not currently executing at that level.
