We also offer company-provided short-term disability, an employee assistance program, and a wellness program.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Manager, Mortgage Servicing Analytics critically analyzes and optimizes CrossCountry Mortgage servicing operations. This position provides detailed analytics on servicing costs, loss mitigation efficiencies, portfolio trends, and revenue forecasts, providing actionable insights to improve operational performance and profitability. The Manager, Mortgage Servicing Analytics collaborates with various teams, including Servicing, Risk, Finance, and Capital Markets, to drive decision-making and support strategic initiatives.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain models to analyze and forecast servicing costs, identifying inefficiency or potential savings areas. </li><li>Work with operational teams to understand cost drivers and recommend strategies for cost reduction. </li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to servicing costs and provide regular reports to senior leadership. </li><li>Analyze the performance of loss mitigation efforts, including loan modifications, forbearance programs, and other related strategies. </li><li>Identify trends and patterns to evaluate the effectiveness of loss mitigation strategies and recommend improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with risk management and collections teams to optimize loss mitigation workflows and outcomes. </li><li>Analyze and interpret portfolio trends, including delinquency, default rates, prepayment rates, and other key servicing metrics. </li><li>Identify emerging risks and opportunities within the portfolio and present findings to senior management. </li><li>Use predictive analytics to forecast future portfolio performance and assist in developing proactive strategies. </li><li>Develop and refine models for forecasting servicing revenue, considering loan volume, interest rates, and borrower behavior. </li><li>Collaborate with finance teams to ensure revenue forecasts align with overall business goals and financial expectations. </li><li>Provide ongoing monitoring of forecast accuracy and adjust models as needed to improve prediction quality. </li><li>Partner with various teams (e.g., Servicing Operations, Risk, IT, and Finance) to ensure data integrity and alignment of goals. </li><li>Lead discussions on analytical insights, presenting findings in transparent, actionable formats for leadership and operational teams. </li><li>Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives by providing relevant data-driven insights. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement by identifying and recommending changes to operational processes based on analytical findings. </li><li>Implement best practices for reporting and analytics across the Servicing department. </li><li>Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies that could enhance data analysis and business processes. </li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations for executive management as required. </li><li>Lead or participate in special projects as needed, including strategic initiatives or business transformations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an analytics or operations role within the mortgage servicing, banking, or financial services industry. </li><li>Experience with business analysis and performance metrics. </li><li>Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing operations, loss mitigation strategies, and portfolio management. </li><li>Advanced skills in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools). </li><li>Knowledgeable in forecasting, financial modeling, and data visualization. </li><li>Excellent communication skills to present complex data insights to senior management. </li><li>Skilled in critical thinking and strategic problem-solving. </li><li>Excellent prioritization skills. </li><li>Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy. </li></ul> <p>This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
