We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world's most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.</p> <p>Role Overview:</p> <p>The Digital Learning Production Coordinator provides administrative, technical and operational support for the development and delivery of Learning programmes across the Group.</p> <p>The role is responsible for assembling, formatting and publishing digital learning materials, maintaining content libraries and supporting programme logistics. This role is focused on content preparation rather than content design, and contributes to high-quality learning delivery through accuracy, organisation and process execution.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assemble, format and prepare digital learning content using approved templates, brand guidelines and structured file management processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare assets including presentation decks, PDFs, micro-learning components, images, audio and short video clips for distribution or upload to platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Upload, launch and maintain learning content within platforms such as LearnUpon, Articulate Rise and Synthesia, ensuring correct versioning, tagging and audience enrollment details.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain shared folder structures and media libraries, ensuring materials are organised, archived and easy to retrieve.</p> </li><li> <p>Support programme scheduling including session invites, learner communications, attendance tracking, follow-up administration, and coordination of physical and technical logistics for on-site programmes.</p> </li><li> <p>Run evaluation surveys and extract feedback data to populate reporting templates.</p> </li><li> <p>Track learner engagement and completion at programme level through reports and dashboards.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct structured content testing using required checklists to identify formatting or accessibility issues, and log them for correction by others.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to routine learner enquiries or escalate more complex issues appropriately.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience / Competences:</p> <p>Essential</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience delivering administration or coordination support in a digital or learning-focused environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and maintain file integrity.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in formatting and publishing content.</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills and a professional approach when supporting internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.</p> </li></ul> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with learning management or authoring tools such as LearnUpon, Articulate Rise/360, Synthesia or Canva.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of digital content workflows and document version control.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting programme delivery or process-driven work within HR, Talent or Operations.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Band & Level</p> <ul> <li>Professional / 4 </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000 per annum</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid #LI-ENT</p> <p>Not The Perfect Fit?</p> <p>Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
