<p>Job Title: Mission Systems Integration & Verification Engineer</p> <p>Location: St. Louis, MO</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Join our growing Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) team supporting the T-7 Red Hawk program. We're looking for an engineer to lead mission systems integration and verification, ensuring systems meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead mission systems integration and verification activities. </li><li>Develop and support test plans, readiness reviews, and data analysis. </li><li>Coordinate with flight test teams and cross-functional engineering groups. </li><li>Analyze test results and recommend design improvements. </li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design reviews. </li><li>Track progress and maintain stakeholder relationships. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field. </li><li>2-4+ years of experience in mission systems integration and testing. </li><li>Strong knowledge of avionics, test planning, and data analysis. </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with T-7 or similar aircraft. </li><li>Familiarity with MBSE and systems engineering principles. </li><li>Knowledge of FAA/MIL-STD standards. </li><li>Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>$110,000-$120,000 per year (based on experience)</p> <p>PTO, Holidays and Medical benefits</p>
