<p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Train, teach and coach FTD and Wire service programs using written and verbal communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute training classes both in-person and virtually.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with floral managers and store directors on FTD fulfillment, DoorDash, and Acuview platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in set-up for expansion of Wire service systems to store not currently on platform.</p> </li><li> <p>Train and monitor wire service execution after launch.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and facilitate design training classes (design experience not required).</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot inquiries via email, text, and phone.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage online offerings for wire service platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison between stores, corporate team, and FTD.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor key performance indicators for Wire Service and report to appropriate parties</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct online virtual sessions for programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel to stores several days a week throughout the 5 New England states serviced by the division will be expected with potential for overnight stays</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Strong leadership and collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to multitask effectively. </li><li>Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms. </li><li>Knowledge of floral wire services or ecommerce operations a plus. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and TEAMS </li></ul>
