<p>Note to applicants: This role is located in Modesto, CA.</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <p>The Warehouse Operations Site Lead (Modesto) will manage inbound pickups from local vendors, monitor the status of inbound and outbound shipments and ensure that proper transactions occur to reflect accurate storage and movement of goods.</p> <p>Responsible for monitoring and supporting inventory accuracy and quality.</p> <p>Assist in identifying cost savings and efficiency projects through the entire supply chain.</p> <p>What You're Good At:</p> <ul> <li>Inbound load creation and receipt management (PUR) </li><li>Visual spot checks of product quality and receipt accuracy </li><li>Reporting non-compliant inventory to Quality and Purchasing for action </li><li>Monitoring Batch Health reports and action accordingly. </li><li>Monitoring outbound volume and capacity, alerting Manager if capacity constraints are reached. </li><li>Reviewing Loadproof compliance and completion </li><li>Researching customer complaints and OTIF misses for site. </li><li>Outbound audits and inspections of picking accuracy. </li><li>Following up on 3PL requests and information needs from NB teams </li><li>Monitor Warehouse On Time receipt and ship performance (Past Due Receipts and Shipment) </li><li>Participate in audits and regulatory reviews </li></ul> <p>What You Contribute:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years Supply Chain Experience; distribution center experience preferred. </li><li>Experience with ERP, WMS and TMS systems </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office products with emphasis on excel </li><li>Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment </li></ul> <p>Why Nutrabolt?</p> <p>Wellness Benefits</p> <p>Nutrabolt cares about our teammates' physical, mental, and financial wellness by providing benefits like: competitive health insurance, life insurance, mental wellness programs, 401K matching, and a Lifestyle Spending Account.</p> <p>Lifestyle Perks</p> <p>We offer unlimited vacation paid time off and volunteer time off.
