<p>Warehouse Specialist needed for an opportunity with SOC's client to work in Salt Lake City, Utah.</p> <p>Shifts Available:</p> <p>Sat - Mon/ 6am - 6:30pm (3/12's) Sat - Mon/ 6pm -6:30am (3/12's)</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties. </li><li>Load inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers </li><li>Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination </li><li>Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process </li><li>Reconcile driver pickup and delivery manifests </li><li>Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight </li><li>Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of dock </li><li>Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports </li><li>Responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse </li><li>Complete required documentation and other duties as needed </li><li>Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse </li><li>Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service including communication to internal and external customers </li><li>Maintain and ensure a safe working environment </li><li>Complete other duties or tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Stand up/ Sit Down Forklift experience </li><li>Ability to pass background check and Drug screening to include Marijuana </li><li>Reliable Transportation </li><li>Mut be a US Citizen </li></ul> <p>Employment Pre-requisites</p> <p>The following requirements must be met to be eligible for this position: Successful completion of a background investigation, and drug urinalysis.</p> <p>SOC, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer, EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.</p> <p>#INDSOC</p> <p>Estimated Min Rate: $14.70</p> <p>Estimated Max Rate: $21.00</p>
