In this role, you'll research, experiment, and implement AI solutions to enhance Schupan business processes and operational efficiency.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Research and evaluate various Generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., GPT, Claude, Copilot) for business applications </li><li>Create proof-of-concept demonstrations for promising AI applications </li><li>Identify and test workflow optimization opportunities across departments </li><li>Design and conduct AI implementation experiments </li><li>Document findings and develop best practices for AI integration </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in order to collaborate with different teams to understand their processes and solve critical issues </li><li>Must be able to interact in person with coworkers and the public </li><li>Must be able to handle high stress situations </li></ul> <p>REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS STATEMENT</p> <p>To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, information systems, information technology, data engineering, applied mathematics, or a similar field (required) </li><li>Prior experience using analytics, and experience with API integration (preferred) </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Basic programming knowledge (familiarity with Python/Javascript/SQL) </li><li>Working understanding of AI/ML concepts </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Frequently lift and/or move IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move equipment up to 50 pounds </li><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer </li></ul> <p>The company has reviewed this job description to ensure that essential functions and basic duties have been included.
