<p>Technical Lead - EUC</p> <ul> <li>Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of windows desktop platform overall </li><li>Strong experience in building, maintaining and administering windows desktop. </li><li>Proficient in optimizing performance of desktops and user experience </li><li>Strong in Group policies and configuring and simplifying them </li><li>Experienced in Microsoft Modern workspace management capabilities - levering Intune, Auto Pilot, desktop analytics etc. </li><li>Strong skillset in scripting, PowerShell etc. </li><li>Experienced in Break fix laptop/Desktop issues remotely. </li><li>Manage Asset and stock inventory in the organization </li><li>Managing team on-site </li><li>Co-ordinate with teams for resolution </li><li>Relevant Microsoft Certifications </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong analytical capabilities </li><li>Flexible to work in shifts. </li><li>Work on incidents, tasks and requests for the issues related to EUC </li><li>Develop & document procedures for assisting End Users in restoring lost or damaged data and files from file backups for data and files on shared drives. </li><li>Provide Remote support coverage for in-scope locations for EUC issues. </li><li>Provide remote assistance with conferencing equipment's and related issues which can be remotely troubleshooted. </li><li>Track, maintain and report the equipment spares inventory levels and replenishment requirements for spares, replenishment, and servicing. </li><li>Coordinate with the other teams to manage in-scope on-site technical support requests to resolution and closure. </li><li>Provide instructions and usage assistance to End Users with supported devices and software. </li><li>Document solutions and associated procedures to the Break/Fix incidents in knowledgebase. </li><li>Pack and ship items to users. </li><li>Image and re-build laptops/desktops using SCCM. </li><li>On-call support for high priority incidents. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $65,000-$70,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
