We manage the entire product lifecycle-from identifying unmet market needs to product development, customer training, and ongoing field support.</p> <p>Opportunity: Manufacturing Engineer</p> <p>We are growing our Manufacturing Engineering team and are looking for a skilled, motivated professional who aligns with our core values and thrives in a collaborative environment.</p> <ul> <li>All in - we're all in the same boat </li><li>Stand up - we stand accountable with integrity </li><li>Can-do - innovate with a can-do attitude </li></ul> <p>As part of the manufacturing team, you will play a key role in building and refining our products, with a focus on printed circuit board assembly, cable and system integration, quality system implementation, continuous improvement, and process documentation. You'll collaborate with a skilled team on innovative technology, contributing directly to the success of our company and the critical missions of our customers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities and Priorities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop manufacturing procedures, tooling, and fixtures to meet customer demand while ensuring product quality and process efficiency. </li><li>Provide production line support, including implementing process improvements, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment, and addressing operator inquiries. </li><li>Generate and update manufacturing process documentation in compliance with established policies and procedures. </li><li>Apply LEAN, Six Sigma, and other best practice methodologies for daily problem-solving and continuous improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Manufacturing teams throughout the concept, design, prototyping, and release phases of new products. </li><li>Authorize, develop, and execute process and equipment validations. </li><li>Implement and maintain compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). </li><li>Assist with the approval, control, and monitoring of external suppliers. </li><li>Lead system integration efforts, including design, assembly, validation, and testing of systems. </li><li>Familiarity with IPC/J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and SME CMfgE certifications is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university; a Master's degree in Engineering or Management is preferred. </li><li>Experience with LEAN manufacturing and proficiency in CAD software. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of process and equipment validation, PFMEA, Control Plans, First Article Inspection (FAI), root cause analysis, and the DMAIC methodology. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Project. </li></ul> <p>What We Offer: We believe in taking care of our team and fostering a supportive, rewarding work environment.
