The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, people leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities across a complex matrixed organization.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the end-to-end strategy for growing the biller ecosystem, including acquisition, retention, and portfolio expansion.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and execute commercial strategies, including pricing models, market positioning, and partnership frameworks.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to align roadmaps and unlock new revenue streams.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary business representative and advocate for the C2B line of business within the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive alignment across key functions such as Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence product innovation, customer experience enhancements, and marketing strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the sales strategy including prospecting, RFP development, and agency engagement for new biller acquisition.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee account management strategies across all biller tiers, ensuring proactive engagement, issue resolution, and business performance tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Support key negotiations and escalations as the executive contact for strategic partnerships.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead, coach, and support a high-performing team focused on account management, partner enablement, and business analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement across the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure operational rigor in tracking biller performance, campaign ROI, enablement processes, and weekly reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as business lead and thought partner for cross-functional product and tech initiatives, including app/web experiences and partner integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate on marketing strategy and SEO efforts to elevate the brand across digital and partner channels.</p> </li><li> <p>Guide marketing campaign development and measure impact on biller and agent engagement.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify market gaps and opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead research initiatives and partner evaluations to inform future growth strategies.</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate and prioritize new biller verticals and product features in collaboration with internal stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>10+ years of experience in general management, business strategy, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within financial services or payments</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving measurable business outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in pricing, forecasting, and P&L oversight</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational levels and manage complex stakeholder relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of digital customer experiences, sales enablement, and partner management frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritize competing demands</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-centric mindset with a strong analytical foundation</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Salesforce, project management tools, and data analytics platforms</p> </li></ul> <p>We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
