If you put customers first, care passionately about what you do and are committed to working on a team that respects each other, then Berman is the right fit for your next career position.</p> <p>The Operations Specialist, will support day-to-day operations by:</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Operational & Administrative Support</p> <ul> <li>Maintain calendars, task lists, and documentation for managers </li><li>Prepare reports, schedules, and operational summaries </li><li>Monitor inboxes and coordinate communication with clients and supervisors </li><li>Assist with onboarding, training logs, and compliance documentation </li></ul> <p>Scheduling & Workforce Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Support weekly schedules for janitorial, landscaping, maintenance, and security teams </li><li>Ensure timekeeping entries are accurate before payroll with managers </li></ul> <p>Work Order & Ticket Management</p> <ul> <li>Review incoming requests and assist in assigning work orders as needed </li><li>Follow up on open tickets to ensure timely completion and report issues to managers </li><li>Upload photos, notes, and documentation </li><li>Help maintain accurate data within the work order system </li></ul> <p>Quality & Safety Tracking</p> <ul> <li>Enter quality inspection results and track follow-up tasks </li></ul> <p>Reporting & Performance Tracking</p> <ul> <li>Compile weekly and monthly reports on: </li><li>Quality scores </li><li>Work order completion times </li><li>Client presentation </li><li>Highlight trends and issues for manager review </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of administrative, coordinator, dispatcher, or operational support experience </li><li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, NetSuite or other ERP/CRM systems) </li><li>Experience in a service-based or field operations environment preferred </li><li>Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality </li><li>Bilingual Spanish/English prefer </li></ul>
