<p>We are seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve in a hybrid role combining Programmatic Change Control and Program Support within complex, multi-stakeholder programs. This role operates independently and applies sound judgment to deliver high-quality work products that support program governance, operational execution, and controlled change-while contributing to the successful implementation of Oracle products and technology.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of industry best practices, program governance, and multiple business processes or technology designs within an Oracle product or technology family. This role partners closely with Program Managers, PMO, Finance, and functional stakeholders to evaluate program impacts, support decision-making, and ensure programs remain aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and customer objectives.
