At Rhino Sports, we believe that every guest matters, and our team plays a crucial role in creating a safe, enjoyable, and memorable atmosphere at every event.</p> <p>These positions are Seasonal Part-time and event-based.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Available to work ALL home football games in addition to training sessions </li><li>18 years of age </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Offer the highest level of customer service for all patrons upon arriving at Virginia Tech's campus </li><li>Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance </li><li>Ability to efficiently problem solve </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Will be spending a considerable duration of time standing/walking </li><li>Will work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for guests </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be at least 18 years or older </li><li>HS Diploma or GED </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check </li><li>Be able to stand for long periods of time (outside, in the elements) </li><li>Must have reliable transportation and be available to work on weekends </li><li>Strong customer service skills preferred </li><li>Comfortable with technology </li></ul>
