<p>Come join our team as a Field Materials Coordinator!</p> <p>We're currently looking for a Field Materials Coordinator that brings experience, skill, passion, a drive to learn, and a desire grow & achieve. The Field Materials Coordinator is critical for the proper management and staging of job site inventory, as well as supporting the production team's improvement of productivity and efficiency.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Precisely manage all materials on job sites </li><li>Proficiently receive all materials on job site </li><li>Thoroughly review all invoices to ensure accuracy of materials received </li><li>Consistently print and complete receiving reports </li><li>Routinely stock and organize materials </li><li>Skillfully process returns for all unused items </li><li>Diligently stage product for production crews </li><li>Attentively assist PMs with minor production tasks </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or GED is required </li><li>A valid driver license is required </li><li>1-2 years of warehouse/logistics experience preferred </li><li>Lull and Forklift certification preferred </li><li>Knowledge of construction job site management operations </li><li>Proactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Clear, effective communications skills - both written and verbal </li><li>Aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem-solving </li><li>Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization </li><li>Microsoft Suite plus Internet and email </li><li>Ability to accurately manage inventory using Inventory Management System </li><li>Must be able to do the following activities for most of the workday: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear. </li><li>Must be able to climb or balance regularly. </li><li>Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weight, typically up to 10lbs, capable of lifting at least 100lbs on occasion. </li><li>Primarily a physical position performing some strenuous daily activities </li><li>Moderate travel to various jobsites </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday</p> <p>LOCATION: On-site, various new build jobsites</p> <p>SALARY: $18-26 hourly</p> <p>BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Medical </li><li>Dental </li><li>Vision </li><li>Short- & long-term disability </li><li>Accrued PTO </li><li>Paid holidays </li><li>401(K) </li><li>Profit sharing </li></ul> <p>It's time to join the team at R.T.
