This position is scheduled as on-site with easy commute from Rhode Island, Eastern CT and Southeastern MA.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Finance Director will prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS </li><li>Compliance with financial regulations and standards, including governmental filings, tax regulations and internal policies </li><li>Oversee benefits, payroll, tax compliance, supervise a small well established accounting team </li><li>Strategic decision support - provide financial insights to leadership </li><li>As a Finance Director, you will develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts </li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and financial technologies </li><li>Leverage financial software and tools for efficient financial management* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA is a plus </li><li>7-15 years of related industry experience, (manufacturing, working with both larger companies and smaller closely held organizations) </li><li>Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills written and verbal required </li><li>Fostering a collaborative working environment </li></ul>
