<p>Account Manager</p> <p>The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with assigned customer accounts while serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related needs. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating internal resources, and driving account retention and growth through effective communication, problem-solving, and service delivery.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. </li><li>Manage day-to-day account activities including order coordination, customer inquiries, issue resolution, and ongoing communication. </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, production, operations, engineering, and shipping to ensure customer requirements are met. </li><li>Monitor account performance, order activity, and service levels to ensure timely and accurate delivery. </li><li>Address customer concerns related to pricing, lead times, order changes, shipping issues, and service requests. </li><li>Coordinate quotes, pricing updates, and order modifications as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate customer records, account documentation, and system data within CRM or ERP platforms. </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve service, retain customers, and support account growth. </li><li>Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status, backorders, and delivery timelines. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. </li><li>Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales support roles. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems. </li><li>Experience supporting B2B customers in manufacturing, distribution, or service-driven environments. </li><li>Experience handling pricing, quoting, or contract support. </li><li>Ability to analyze account needs and recommend solutions. </li></ul> <p>Job Details:</p> <ul> <li>Contract to Hire </li><li>100% onsite </li><li>Pay $22- $27 an hour depending on experience </li></ul> <p>If you are interested, please apply and submit your resume.</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
