<p>Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Manager Enterprise Accounting Compliance.</p> <p>Summary: We're looking for a Manager - Accounting to support financial reporting and compliance. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role with strong exposure to FP&A and senior leadership-ideal for a Senior Accountant ready to take the next step. This position will be in the Saint Louis, MO area and on a hybrid model.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly reporting </li><li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP </li><li>Review monthly financial results and analyze key performance drivers </li><li>Partner with Treasury and FP&A on cash flow projections </li><li>Support audits, ad hoc analysis, and process improvement initiatives* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field </li><li>5-7 years of progressive accounting experience </li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills </li><li>Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally </li></ul>
