<p>Technology Support Assistant</p> <p>Location Brandywine Site</p> <p>Job Code 1616</p> <p># of Openings 1</p> <p>Apply Now</p> <p>EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY</p> <p>DATE: May 15, 2025</p> <p>FROM: Human Resources</p> <p>POSITION: Technology Support Assistant (PT)</p> <p>Effective immediately: Part-time Technology Support Assistant in Wilmington University's Information Technology Department, Brandywine Campus.</p> <p>Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A+ Certification is preferred. The candidate must have excellent communication, customer service, organizational and analytical skills. Must be detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to make decisions related to assigned projects independently. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Windows 10, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Must demonstrate respect for diversity in the workplace and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that values the contributions of all employees. Must maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all situations.</p> <p>Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):</p> <ul> <li>Respond to technology incidents and requests promptly and professionally via the University's ticketing system. </li><li>Field incoming help requests from end users via the ticketing system and phone calls in a courteous manner. </li><li>Support staff equipment both on campus as well as remotely. </li><li>Support student/faculty equipment, such as projectors or computer labs. </li><li>Assist with scheduled device replacements such as laptops, desktops, and projectors. </li><li>Support events on campus, including but not limited to live stream facilitation. </li><li>Promote and foster an inclusive and diverse environment for all students, faculty, and staff. </li><li>All other duties assigned by the Technology Support Manager. </li></ul> <p>Hours of Employment: Generally, Monday - Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (must be flexible with hours to meet the needs of the department/University).</p> <p>Benefits: Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Training and Development.</p> <p>Salary Range: $15 - 17/hr.</p> <p>Application Deadline: May 29, 2025</p> <p>Back Email Apply Now</p>
