This role involves the development and implementation of strategies to ensure the effective collection, storage, management, and utilization of data across the organization to improve business processes and decision-making. Master's degree in a related field preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or similar role. 10+ years.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and data management best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL), data warehousing, and ETL processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in data integration and data visualization tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification in data architecture or data management, preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with cloud-based data solutions and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $160,000 - $240,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.</p> <p>At Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
