The ideal candidate will be committed to utilizing best practices in instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for all students.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the Connecticut State Standards. </li><li>Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. </li><li>Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support. </li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning. </li><li>Maintain a professional and respectful classroom environment. </li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Connecticut State Certification in Mathematics (305 Elementary, 1-6). </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field; Master's degree preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of best practices in teaching and learning. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their application online.</p>
