As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the point of contact for customer requests, welcoming guests to your FBO and being the friendly voice at the end of the phone.</p> <p>Jet Access Customer Service Representatives are team oriented and work with our Line Service Technicians to anticipate the needs of our customers. While working in a fast-paced environment, our Customer Service Representatives have attention to detail and the ability to multitask, all while keeping a warm and friendly attitude. And no previous aviation experience is required!</p> <p>Core Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Variable - Airport open 7 days/week 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. </li><li>On call or evening/weekend hours required. </li></ul> <p>Day in the Life:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to provide proactive, personalized customer experience to all general Aviation Clientele. </li><li>Concierge level services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation scheduling. </li><li>Coordination of services, such as aircraft fueling, GPU, Lavatory Service, and hangar storage. </li><li>Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication. </li><li>Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs. </li><li>Operation of Point of Sale, includes processing customer invoices, and reconciliation of aging reports. </li><li>Ensure the location is Safe and in compliance with all Safety Requirements. </li><li>Answering customer questions and resolving issues as necessary. </li><li>Upselling customers to increase revenue at your assigned location. </li><li>Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers, and visitors </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>What will make you successful:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. </li><li>Proficient computer skills. </li><li>Must possess a valid state Driver's License. </li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred. </li><li>Previous FBO experience a plus, but not required. </li><li>Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications. </li><li>Must possess a professional appearance. </li></ul> <p>Jet Access Group and affiliated companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
