Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Business Line Manager to lead and expand our Environment & Facility Services business line presence in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. If you are ready to take on a high-impact role with opportunities to influence regional growth and client success, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Office and Regional Managers and Marketing to represent the firm at client, professional, and industry events. </li><li>Drive business development in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire, focusing on both public and private sector clients. </li><li>Build and cultivate client relationships to secure ongoing and future large-scale project opportunities. </li><li>Partner with Marketing to strengthen brand presence in target regions. </li><li>Participate in Trilon Environmental Collaboration Topics Group to enhance service offerings across the network. </li><li>Develop and execute strategies to boost Fuss & O'Neill brand awareness. </li><li>Offer technical leadership on complex projects and support project managers. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or a related discipline). </li><li>15+ years of experience in the environmental field. </li><li>Proven experience managing client relationships with Utility, Municipal, and Private Sector clients. </li><li>Prior success in business development and strategic growth, especially in Eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. </li><li>Professional licensure such as PE, LSP, or PG. </li><li>Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and large consulting organizations. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative leadership style. </li></ul> <p>This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds-collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
