You will assess educational needs and partner with Skill Specialists to develop curriculum, specialty content, and engaging lesson plans that align with our technical systems. Using Paul Mitchell tools and terminology, you'll help guide the instructional team while driving revenue- and budget-based goals. You'll set the tone for learning with passion, confidence, and professionalism-leading by example and fostering a culture of growth for students and staff alike. In this dynamic role, you'll juggle multiple responsibilities and wear many hats, including education specialist, technical coach, classroom mentor, and team manager.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS FOR A COSMETOLOGY INSTRUCTOR SUPERVISOR</p> <ul> <li>Experience instructing at a cosmetology school with solid work history and verifiable references </li><li>Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license </li><li>Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment </li><li>Genuine passion for the beauty industry </li><li>Honesty and professionalism in all interactions </li></ul> <p>Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems is preferred.</p> <p>A LITTLE ABOUT US:</p> <p>Nestled in the heart of the state on Route 40 in Newark, our vibrant cosmetology school draws aspiring beauty professionals from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
