<p>Location: McLean, VA</p> <p>Position Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM</p> <p>Vinson Hall (VH), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community located in McLean, VA, is seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. If you are reliable, caring, and dedicated to delivering excellent resident care, we encourage you to apply!</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must have a valid Virginia CNA license</p> </li><li> <p>CPR certification preferred</p> </li><li> <p>1-2 years of CNA experience preferred, particularly in a geriatric or long-term care setting</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of bedside nursing care and protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.</p> </li><li> <p>Aid with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor vital signs (e.g., temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any changes to the nursing staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and changes in residents' health.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with restorative and rehabilitative activities as directed.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure cleanliness and organization in resident rooms and common areas.</p> </li><li> <p>Uphold residents' privacy, dignity, and rights according to HIPAA regulations and facility policies.</p> </li></ul>
