<p>Part-Time Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Wilson Family YMCA</p> <p>The Wilson Family YMCA is seeking a dependable, skilled Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe and welcoming facility for our members and community.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs </li><li>Troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical issues </li><li>Repair fixtures, lighting, doors, and equipment </li><li>Maintain grounds and facility spaces </li><li>Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs </li><li>Follow safety procedures and uphold YMCA values </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry </li><li>3-5 years maintenance experience preferred </li><li>Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check </li></ul> <p>Certifications (CPR/AED, First Aid, BBP) required within 45 days of hire.</p> <p>At the Y, we are welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.
