<p>Kforce is immediately seeking a seasoned Program Manager with a strong background in software development lifecycle (SDLC) to support a fast-paced team working on high-impact initiatives. This role centers around managing multiple, complex projects within a broader initiative focused on improving customer time-to-self-install for whole-home wireless solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, can pivot quickly, and excels at managing dependencies across cross-functional teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate a portfolio of SDLC projects within a highly dynamic environment </li><li>Manage timelines, testing windows, and delivery pipelines across interdependent projects </li><li>Navigate delays and shifting priorities - e.g., projects that finish development long before test cycles open </li><li>Collaborate across multiple teams and domains including firmware, customer experience, and wireless activation </li><li>Track and report on project status, blockers, and milestones related to the self-install initiative (Program 3010) </li><li>Maintain clear documentation and updates via Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, Trello) </li><li>Create presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and potentially tools like Smartsheet or Wrike </li><li>Facilitate sprint planning and team coordination in 2-week Agile sprints </li><li>Engage with other PMs across the organization to manage shared dependencies and drive alignment* 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with a focus on software or SDLC initiatives </li><li>Proven ability to lead Agile/Scrum projects in a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment </li><li>Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools </li><li>Strong presentation and reporting skills using PowerPoint and Excel </li><li>Ability to manage multiple moving pieces, shifting priorities, and long testing cycles </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Background in telecommunications or telephony a strong plus </li><li>Experience with project collaboration and planning tools such as Smartsheet, Wrike, or Office 365 online tools </li><li>Familiarity with firmware, automation, or customer activation projects is advantageous </li></ul>
