As a critical part of the Centralized Operations team within Enterprise Training, this role focuses on designing and developing top quality eLearning experiences in support of performance and business goals. Uses formal instructional design methodology to design, develop and implement sophisticated, complex, performance-focused and educational offerings via a variety of technology-based training methodsSimultaneously manages multiple, complex projectsDevelops and conducts follow-up assessments to determine the effectiveness and ROI of training programs and curriculumWrites storyboards for eLearning coursesManages projects and tasks to ensure all deadlines are reasonable and achievedIncorporates feedback gathered from participants and other relevant audiences to improve training, processes, and productsWhen designing training, conducts performance analysis to determine the expectations and gaps for the intended audiences Works in partnership as appropriate with external vendors to deliver state-of-the-art, technology-based training tools and programs that meet the needs of multiple, diverse audiences and integrate effectively into CVS Health's architecture Communicates regularly with program owners and stakeholders to manage the rollout of training materials and gather feedback on program effectivenessEffectively manages curriculum, reporting and other relevant administrative requirements through the learning management systemCoordinates the training plan to include project plan and working with business and ELD&P partners as needed to ensure project goals and quality standards are metAdvanced experience using authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, to create eLearning coursesPreferred location is hybrid in Hartford, CT, with remote flexibility available for candidates outside hub locationsRequired Qualifications:3+ years of eLearning experience 1+ years of Articulate Storyline 360 experience Skilled in translating raw content into storyboard format Preferred Qualifications:Experience in application of performance-based instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, performance consulting and educational media desired Education or experience in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles and/or performance consulting with a focus on eLearning technologies and techniques Education: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.Anticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
