We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country</p> <p>Category Manager - Nouria's Private Label Brand</p> <p>Nouria - Worcester, MA</p> <p>About Nouria</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Category Manager - Nouria's Private Label Brand is responsible for developing, launching, and managing private label product lines across various categories. This role involves identifying market opportunities, sourcing products, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving profitability through strategic brand positioning and marketing initiatives. The position requires collaboration with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to bring products from concept to shelf.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Day-to-Day Program Management </li></ul> <p>Lead the daily execution of Nouria's private label program across multiple categories. Work closely with the Director of Category Management to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure they are carried out effectively.</p> <ul> <li>Brand and Product Lifecycle </li></ul> <p>Manage the full lifecycle of private label products, from concept and packaging development to launch and ongoing maintenance. Coordinate with design, compliance, and operations to ensure products meet brand standards and regulatory requirements.</p> <ul> <li>Financial and Category Support </li></ul> <p>Monitor sales, margin, and performance targets for private label. Provide reporting and insights to category managers and the Director of Category Management. Recommend actions to improve profitability, product mix, and sales penetration.</p> <ul> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration </li></ul> <p>Partner with category managers on sourcing activities, marketing on promotions and brand positioning, and supply chain on in-stock levels and logistics. Serve as the central point of contact for private label within the organization.</p> <ul> <li>Product Innovation and Trends </li></ul> <p>Track consumer and market trends to identify new opportunities. Work with category managers to bring forward innovative ideas that strengthen Nouria's private label offering and improve customer loyalty.</p> <ul> <li>Promotions and Marketing Execution </li></ul> <p>Support the development and execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising programs, and in-store communication. Evaluate promotion results and use learnings to refine future plans.</p> <ul> <li>Compliance and Quality </li></ul> <p>Ensure all private label products meet Nouria's quality, packaging, and labeling standards.
