<p>Shift Time: 3am - 10:30am</p> <p>The Bartender will manage the bar and prepare and serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to customers at Ole Red in the Nashville International Airport. This position will serve food and beverage items in a knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful manner and work with a team to ensure every guest has a great experience.</p> <p>Pay: $5.15/hr. + tips</p> <ul> <li>Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor, and cultivate regular guests and repeat business. </li><li>Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items to guests at the bar. </li><li>Use current techniques to create innovative drinks and cocktail recipes that will enhance the guest experience. </li><li>Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company alcohol policies; request proper ID per company policy. </li><li>Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager. </li><li>Perform opening/running/closing duties. </li><li>Prepare guest checks on POS terminal and process payment according to company policy. Maintain appropriate comp and spill checks. </li><li>Maintain bartender bank; perform cash pull / check out procedures. </li><li>Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Manager on Duty prior to start of each shift </li><li>Work with management team to continuously evaluate and update drink menus at Ole Red. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul>
