<p>Kforce's client, a Long Island based, mission driven NFP is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing.</p> <p>Summary: This key role will lead the digital strategy and expand reach, engagement, and fundraising through innovative digital campaigns and be responsible for shaping the organization's online presence, driving donor engagement, sustaining monthly donations, promoting awareness for the mission.</p> <p>Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Director of Digital Marketing will drive the development/delivery of email campaigns, dashboard analytics to support donor acquisition, retention and loyalty programs </li><li>Oversee digital marketing team responsible for the daily operation of three websites </li><li>Collaborate with the team to review email content including links, copy, layout and test forms prior to launch; Work closely with the Communications Team to integrate channels such as Google, Facebook, Meta and Partner Ad Networks into the campaign strategy </li><li>Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aimed at driving new donor acquisition </li><li>Work with the Data Management Team to ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of customer data </li><li>Work with team in conjunction with internal departments and external partners for assets, schedule of appeals, fundraising priorities </li><li>As a Director of Digital Marketing, you will maintain and improve websites to support and optimize fundraising efforts as well as educate and promote mission and programs </li><li>Manage the development of landing pages for fundraising and mission-driven events </li><li>Manage budgets and accurately summarize and communicate the status of campaigns* Degree in Marketing or related course of study </li><li>5+ years of nonprofit marketing experience with proven experience developing fundraising campaigns with measurable results </li><li>Experience executing successful lead and donor conversion strategies </li><li>Experience in executing digital fundraising campaigns, including sustainer, SMS/MMS, email, peer-to-peer, advocacy, events, list cultivation and integration with direct mail marketing campaigns </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), WordPress, Basecamp, or similar project management software </li><li>Experienced in coordination of digital marketing efforts with social media channels </li><li>Working knowledge of web languages and technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and XML/JSON </li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Manage and improve online content, considering SEO/SEM and Google Analytics, etc. </li><li>Superior verbal and written communications skills and ability to collaborate with team members </li><li>Mission driven mindset </li></ul>
