Averhealth has a direct impact on someone's road to recovery.</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Averhealth is seeking a people-focused Customer Service Specialist, located in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, and providing effective solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Use ticketing systems to manage and track customer interactions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the customer journey.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.</p> </li><li> <p>Obtain a working knowledge of our proprietary software, Aversys, to resolve customer inquiries.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with help desk software (i.e. Freshdesk, Zendesk).</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a desire to help.</p> </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li> <p>HS Diploma.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum one year experience in customer facing position.</p> </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li> <p>$18-$20 per hour</p> </li><li> <p>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Company-Paid Disability and Life Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with Company Match</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Time Off</p> </li><li> <p>8 Hours of PTO for Community Service</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li> <p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
