<p>Job Title: Quality Control Operations (QCO) Analyst III Contractor</p> <p>Hours: Saturday-Tuesday (4 x 10-hour shifts). An initial training period will require Monday-Friday work.</p> <p>Location: Onsite at Norton, MA, with occasional responsibilities at other client locations.</p> <p>Key skills they are looking for: GMP, QC Testing, LIMS, Environmental Monitoring, Raw Materials Testing, Method Validation, Data Trending, Compliance, Continuous Improvement.</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Quality Control Operations (QCO) Analyst III Contractor plays a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout product development and commercialization. This role involves performing analytical and microbiological testing, supporting laboratory operations, and contributing to method transfers and validations. The Analyst III will also participate in investigations, data trending, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of QC functions.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct routine and non-routine analytical/microbiological assays for raw materials, in-process samples, product release, and stability studies. </li><li>Support continuous operations, including weekend laboratory activities (Analytical, Microbiology, Raw Materials). </li><li>Maintain up-to-date training records and ensure timely completion of assignments to meet quality metrics and project timelines. </li><li>Manage laboratory equipment, inventory, and reagent/sample preparation to maintain smooth operations. </li><li>Review and qualify data, ensuring accuracy and timely availability for decision-making. </li><li>Perform operational tasks such as raw material processes, SAP transactions, environmental monitoring, and in-process testing. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field.</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 4 years' experience in a GMP Quality Control function within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry. </li><li>Proficiency in LabWare LIMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred. </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Analytical and QC testing expertise (raw materials, environmental monitoring, LIMS). </li><li>Commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory and industry standards. </li><li>Proactive approach to process improvement and cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Additional Information: This is a first-shift onsite position requiring flexibility for weekend coverage.
