<p>What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?</p> <p>Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Works under limited supervision.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs </li><li>Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area </li><li>Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates </li><li>Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area </li><li>By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity </li><li>Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies) </li><li>Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma (or GED) required </li><li>Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 1 year from hire required </li><li>CFC Refrigeration Certification preferred </li><li>2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required </li><li>1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred </li><li>Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device </li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license </li><li>Possible CDL requirement in some locations/positions </li><li>Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements </li><li>Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned </li><li>Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds </li></ul>
