This is a leading role in the aerospace field, managing complex development and production programs from initiation to completion. Join us and take part in projects that combine technological excellence, customer collaboration, and meaningful impact for the defense industry</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage projects in the aerospace development and production domain</p> <p>Be responsible for end-to-end program management from proposal through launch, execution, and closure while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, quality, schedule, and budget</p> <p>Monitor and control program budget performance</p> <p>Manage relationships with American OEM and defense customers in Israel and abroad</p> <p>Maintain active presence on production lines and support program implementation on site</p> <p>Conduct continuous risk management and ensure mitigation plans to achieve program goals</p> <p>Lead and coordinate ongoing program activities with the customer</p> <p>Manage the full scope of the project within its work plan while meeting operational and business objectives and customer expectations</p> <p>Manage in a matrix environment across multiple engineering and operational disciplines</p> <p>Ensure achievement of milestones on schedule and within agreed budget</p> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all program-related matters</p> <p>Manage financial performance of the program including sales, profit and loss, and payments</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Engineering, Technology, or Business</p> <p>Proven experience in program or project management</p> <p>Experience managing relationships with defense customers in Israel and/or abroad</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Karmiel</p>
