As a Technical Program Manager, you'll directly influence our ability to deliver innovative products. You'll work</p> <p>at the intersection of our engineering, product, and business teams, translating complex technical initiatives</p> <p>into clear, actionable plans. You will empower our engineering teams by bringing order to complex initiatives,</p> <p>removing roadblocks, and creating a clear path forward. Lead and Drive Programs: You'll manage a portfolio of 3-5 technical programs simultaneously, from inception</p> <p>to completion. This includes defining program scope, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring all</p> <p>stakeholders are aligned.</p> <p>? Problem-Solve: You'll support our engineering teams by identifying potential roadblocks and developing</p> <p>creative, effective solutions to keep programs on track.</p> <p>? Communicate and Adapt: You'll oversee all program communications, adapting your messaging to different</p> <p>audiences, from engineers to executive leadership. You'll also be responsible for providing regular program</p> <p>status updates.</p> <p>? Make Data-Driven Decisions: You'll use your judgment to make reasonable trade-off decisions and compile</p> <p>data to help inform key business and engineering priorities.</p> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <p>? 5-7 years of technical program management experience, or comparable experience, preferably in the tech or</p> <p>food delivery industry.</p> <p>? Basic technical knowledge, including hands-on familiarity with tools like Jellyfish, Jira (with JQL), SQL,</p> <p>Datadog, and Redash as well as solid understanding of engineering workflows and development cycles.</p> <p>? Exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to navigate ambiguity.</p> <p>? Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to various</p> <p>audiences, altering the language and level of detail as appropriate.</p> <p>? A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders with varying</p> <p>technical backgrounds.</p> <p>? Ability to identify opportunities to improve operating efficiency and implement solutions.</p> <p>New York: $165,000</p> <p>Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located.
